TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL :

  1. Please be 101% sure before submitting the form. Filling up the form means you are a responsible buyer and responsible payer.

  2. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. STRICTLY NO JOY RESERVER. YOU WILL BE BLOCKED W/O WARNING and will be POSTED as JOY RESERVER and BOGUS BUYER with your complete name and facebook/twitter username. A cancellation fee applies 40% of your total order.

  3. NO REFUND. We will be sure to compensate for any problems to occur for replacement if valid. Down payment is non-refundable.

PAYMENTS :

  1. Please be reminded of of the payment deadline. Failure to do so, will result to paying late fee which cost Php50.00 per day exceeded.

  2. Must be willing to wait. No rushing of orders and shipping. We will try our best to give you updates all the time.

  3. NO PROOF OF PAYMENT= NO ORDER. We will provide payment confirmation within 24 hours.

  4. Overdue payments for over a month will be considered cancelled and down payment will be forfeited.

SHIPPING :

  1. Orders usually arrives within 4-6 after shipped out from KR address. We will update the time and ETA of your orders, please also be responsible in checking our social media accounts for announcement.

  2. Items stated as onhand will be shipped after payment made.

  3. Be prepared with any changes and delays depending on national occasions or any unfortunate calamities.

  4. Damages that occur during transit of items are beyond our control.

  5. In case of loss and damages, or delay due to courier issue, Kolla MNL will not be liable.

  6. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

WARRANTY :

  1. Refund and exchange are only allowed for items that were OUT OF STOCKS.

  2. Sealed items received are shipped as is. Checking of the condition of the items is not possible unless requested.

  3. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = INVALID CLAIMS. Please do not forget to film an unboxing video. If in any case the item/s sent were incomplete or incorrect, the video will serve as your proof. Subject for evaluation.
